Hey partners, apologies for not seeing this earlier. (I just came across this now while looking for design language-related posts needing follow up.)
Really appreciate your efforts to keep UIs consistent for customers across Marketplace and Atlassian apps alike!
A few things that have happened since your earlier messages:
- Changes to colours and components that were first introduced at Team '25 are now in GA, and should be consistent on atlassian.design docs, what appears in Atlassian products, Design System components on npm and Forge UI Kit — https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2908
- We’ve recently started work on the next iteration of improvements for each of our labelling components (Tag, Lozenge, Badge) to enable even more consistent and semantic usage (as you may have noticed they’re still used in different ways across apps today) — details to come
- We heard the feedback and know it was confusing with different versions of components in use and being shown on atlassian.design docs, some feature-flagged, and we’re working on a solution for that for future releases
