Unable to install Connect App from marketplace

This is related to Something went wrong when installing Connect App but more serious.

We noticed errors when we tried to install our own apps (e.g. ZenUML Diagrams for Confluence | Atlassian Marketplace) for test the above errors. What made it more weird is that I received emails telling me the the app was installed, but I cannot see it when I tried to add a macro.

This is a lot more serious than the previous issue so I created this new topic.

Can someone please help us?

I’d just open a developer support request with a high severity. I don’t think CDAC is actively monitored for such things.
