Unable to install Jira Sevice Desk 3.14 using Add-ons

Hi Team

I have installed JIRA Core Software V 7.11 and download the “atlassian-servicedesk-3.14.10-x64.bin” and audit log says “failed to install add-on plugin_449914081550471804-atlassian-servicedesk-3.14.0-x64.bin”

Seeking assistance on priority
