User-Based Billing?

I was just getting ready to submit my forge app, then I saw there is a pending release of “User-based billing” which fits our business model better.

I can only find this page on it: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/licensing-overview/

No other blog posts, publications or chatter on the forums.

What is the timing for release of this? Soon?
What does setting up the pricing look like?
What will be the experience for the end user?

Any other documentation about this available? The fact that you can’t roll back once you have set the flag has me a little concerned so I want to do the research first.

When I try to log in there it says my account "doesn’t have access to Confluence on atlassianpartners.atlassian.net .

How do I get access. And yes, I’d like to be in the EAP, where do I sign up?
