Webtrigger URL query returns error 503 - Unavailable

I just installed the Jira Hello World app according to the documentation and a dummy console.log webtrigger function that returns {statusCode: 200} with its entry in manifest.yml. Executing

forge webtrigger

results in

Error: The underlying service call failed. The underlying service web_triggers status code is : 503 (requestId: 9e73fa3e6f7c08b3)

@forge/cli is at its latest version (6.20.0). It also fails with webTrigger.getURL(“webtrigger-key”); . Anyone else having this problem? It used to work a few days ago.

Update: it works now, without touching anything. Seems to be on Atlassian’s side but didn’t show up in developer status
