Cloud identifiers was introduced in this post, but I have created an internal ticket (DD-370) to request Cloud IDs be sufficiently explained in our reference documentation.
Will this cloud_id remain constant for all users of my application?
Cloud IDs remain constant for a tenant. If your app is installed in multiple tenants that a single user has access to, they will see different Cloud IDs corresponding to the different tenants.
