We have found an issues in Jira. When you assign an assignee to the issue (click Assign > a form opens) and attach some file, Jira does not fire any event. Our app (Smart Attachments for Jira) relies on such events to categorize attachments in Jira issues. As a result, the attachment is placed into the incorrect category as the app knows nothing about this file.
Is there a way to address this or add an event?

@vrutkevich - if you leave out the step of attaching a file, does the event fire properly? (just trying to narrow down the scenario)

Ok, let’s rephrase. When you close the form, the event is fired but it contains one change item (set), the second change item usually contains information about the attached file. But the event contains only one, so we cannot give our app any hints about the attached files.
This issue reported our customer.
