I want to give install forge app permission for some developers. Which should be the correct role for their atlassian user?

One must be a site admin to install the forge app onto the site. One way is to create a distribution link and share it with your peers. They will be able to install the app onto the sites that they are an admin of. The other option is to have a common accessible site for all the developers and the site admin installs the app onto the site.
