Workflow name or entityID change when i edit inactive workflow

Hi Right now i am working on workflow when i create new workflow it create in active workflow in that example
name: Jira-Call
entityID:- 5d305998-5166-4c15-9bb4-f0b6ed95fda1

now when i update name to
name: Jira-Call-1
entityID:- 60d3ad2c-ca25-432e-ad11-a361d0f9a7ab

but i want to know is there anything common in both because i want last workflow name or entityID which was edited by me to know which workflow is updated
