Workflow validator for custom fields using Jira expressions

I am looking for an Jira expressions to add a workflow validator if a field has a value then other field should be required.

Example: If custom field “Sprint” has a value then “Environment” custom field should be mandatory.
If custom field “Sprint” does not has a value then “Environment” custom field is not mandatory.

If custom field “Sprint” has a value then “Environment” custom field should be mandatory. If custom field “Sprint” does not has a value then “Environment” custom field is not mandatory.

That would be something like:

issue.sprint != null ? issue.environment != null : true
