Worklog comment format for API v3

Hi

REST API v3 returns worklog comments in ADF format.

Is it possible to convert it to plain text (v2 format) and back?
Confluence have separate endpoint for it.

Also need a way to get plain ext from API

it looks like it doesn’t work
I cannot save the comment using api3, even if it is in ADF json format
