We recently shared an update about Marketplace Revenue Share, where we detailed a few changes that are coming in April of next year. You can read the full post on the Developer Blog.
In summary, publishers of server apps will take home 5% more revenue from the gross sales of their apps starting April 1, 2022. Revenue Share amounts for cloud and Data Center apps are staying the same. We’re also making an adjustment to the 95% incentive for new cloud apps in their first year on the Marketplace. As of April 1, 2022, the 95% incentive will apply only to new, Atlassian-hosted Forge apps.
The blog post also contains information about Revenue Share amounts for apps purchased using Enterprise License Agreement Marketplace credits. These deals are rare, but the Revenue Share amounts differ slightly from the standard rates, so we wanted to make sure you are aware.
