404 error when opening localhost: 2990 / jira following the tutorial to create helloworld plugin

Hi community,
I’m newer here and I want to learn how to create a plugin in jira. For this reason, I’m trying to follow this manual:
https://developer.atlassian.com/server/framework/atlassian-sdk/create-a-helloworld-plugin-project/
I have no problem starting Jira, but when I open http://localhost:2990/jira/ in the browser,
I get a 404 error.

Could someone help me please?

What do you see in your command prompt window when you execute atlas-run? The last few lines should give a clue about what’s happening here.

Today it won’t let me even start jira, it shows me this error in the command prompt window:

I don’t understand why I could yesterday and not today…
