As the upcoming changes require it, I’m trying to migrate our addon to start using account id instead of username or user key when requesting for users.
I’ve found out that customer only users don’t have account id. Are you planning to add account ids to all the customers too? What happens when they don’t have an Atlassian Account?

If these customer won’t have an account id, how can I work with customers if I don’t have a way to identify them? How I can get the customer information or how can I create an impersonation OAuth token to create a JSD request on behalf of the customer?
