We understand why vendors want to just publish a “latest” URL and only support the “latest” version… it’s simpler for you and ideally you want everyone to stay up to date. However, for a variety of well known practical reasons that affect a lot of enterprise organizations, and OSS alike, it would be extremely valuable and good-citizen of you to provided a previous versions page with a list of immutable checksummed download URLs moving forward.
