I’m building a new Jira app, which I install using the Forge CLI. I’ve run into a strange issue: normally, I add my app to a Jira card by clicking the gear icon and selecting it from the dropdown menu.
Recently, I noticed that not all projects display this gear icon. In these cases, even though the app is installed, it doesn’t appear on Jira cards. How can I add my app to cards when the gear icon is missing?
I’ve tried reading the documentation and consulting LLMs, but I haven’t been able to find a solution.
