I want to develop a Configure page for my Jira plugin, available for Jira admins.
And when we go to the “Configure” button (useAsConfig) there is a configuration page displaying. But in the left there is some built in toolbar or menubar (attached screenshot). Can I customize or remove this toolbar?

This is the jira:adminPage module? In that case, I don’t think it’s possible to remove the sidebar.

You can customize it by adding subpages and sections as described here.
What sort of customization did you have in mind? Just the ability to hide it?
