After upgrade to Confluence 7.0.0 or later Apache POI not work on my App

After upgrade to Confluence 7.0.0 or later Apache POI not work on my App (it is 3rd-party API compiled in pom.xml to my App).

I get Class not found error.

What causes this and is there a way to fix this issue?

I got it now to work with upgrading Apache POI to 4.1.0. Older versions of POI do not work with latest Confluence.
