Hey, if you like using this thing, that’s cool. I do not like using Rovo and I do not like it cluttering up my user experience in Confluence Cloud which is otherwise pretty solid. Every time I have clicked the Rovo options it was a mistake, often because the UX designers have chosen, or been ordered, to put those options in the best first-order-retrievable location.
That implies that you expect users to access an LLM as the first and most useful feature, every time. Was there any user research to back this decision up? I know the option to turn off the Rovo options in the user settings entirely has been considered, because I found an FAQ several months ago that stated “No! It is not possible to turn off Rovo, thanks!”, so I know you did enough research to find out that people would like to be able to turn it off.
Can I speak to the manager? What’s going on? How hard do people have to scream for any administrator or executive to hear? ALOT of people do no want this stuff.
