Hi,

Where is the data stored by api.media.atlassian.com? How does the API behave, if the customer has selected to host Jira and Confluence in different regions?

I’m not sure how to answer your question. We might need a bit more context.

What I do know is what our data residency documentation says about “In-scope product data” that attachments can be pinned to a region for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. But that’s in the “contract” between our products and the Media API. How does that affect your use of the Media API?
