While using a production Jira Cloud app that we created with Forge, we noticed that the app icon is not displayed in email notifications triggered from a Jira issue and instead a default with the app initials is displayed instead.
We expect this icon in the email notifications:
While we only see this one:
I checked that the app icon is saved in the marketplace listing and in the developer console. Interesting that while in development, the icon displays in email notifications as expected.
Can you provide any tips on what we can do to ensure that we see the app icon used in email notifications as well?
