I have an app, that would read request type when the project is from JSM.
The problem is that i need to add “read:servicedesk-request” to the permission scopes, and this means that JSM should be installed.
Is there a way to activate this scope only when JSM is installed?
Hi Marcelo, unfortunately, we don’t really support conditional scopes like that at the moment.
It’s a challenge we’d love to solve but I’m not sure when it will hit the roadmap.
