App that has issuePanel not appearing outside the Apps dropdown

I have created a new app for Jira that uses issuePanel. After deploying and installing, it appears in the dropdown of Apps on the issue. In some tutorials I have seen that there is a separate button of the app.
How do I show it separately beside the Apps dropdown on the issue? Is it a new way of showing app on the issue screen?

I’m afraid the documentation is outdated. In the new UI, all apps will be moved to dropdown menus
