Are "expected errors" counted in the Cloud Fortified error SLA?

@atlassian I am in the middle of applying my app for the cloud fortified program.
One key requirement is the very low error rate.

But my developer console shows now many errors and the rate is very poor now. This is due to the forge storage outage.

Question: will Atlassian filter out their own produced errors when checking the SLAs and SLIs? Or differently said, will Atlassian take Plattform outages into account?

Question 2: the bugbounty testers also often produce errors that would normally not appear. How can be dealt with that?
