Are marketplace automated version upgrades for connect apps broken for anyone else?

Hi all, automatic install of connect app updates appears to be offline in the Atlassian marketplace for us. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

We’ve had three separate apps (1 Jira, 2 Confluence) post minor atlassian-connect.json changes over the past week. Marketplace detected and created the new version, but has so far failed to push the upgrades to any of our existing customer sites. (No scope changes in the manifests).

Raised an ECOHELP last Saturday, and escalated with a marketplace incident yesterday. So far nobody at Atlassian has been able to provide an update.

Did anyone else push a connect app update in the last week? And did the automated upgrades kick off as normal for your app?

Thank you

Probably unrelated but API pagination is broken in at least one endpoint. I reported that one 16 days ago and still not fixed:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/rest/2/addons/vendor/[vendorId]
_links.next[0].href: "/rest/2/addons?offset=10" lol

Hey @Chris_at_DigitalRose,

Thanks for sharing this - I’ve raised this with the team to investigate and we’re looking into what’s happening now.

Update - the incident can be tracked here.

Thx @SeanBourke for the progress on this. About 3 hours ago we started seeing installs on the Jira app come through at a good rate. Looks like about 20% of sites received the update so far. Pass along our thanks to the team for jump starting the process.

No installs on the confluence apps yet.

Thanks for the update @Chris_at_DigitalRose,

An update was recently posted on the incident noting that Jira is recovering and Confluence fix is on-going.
