Hi Community,

Has anyone heard if there are there plans to have Rovo accessible to third party sites?

We run a portal site that could make great use of our KB living in confluence via Rovo AI agents.

Has anyone heard anything about it? Thanks

No. The licensing & administrative models of Rovo tightly coupled it to people who are Atlassian users.

While not the technical solution you requested (ie Rovo accessible to 3rd party sites), Customer Service Management does solve for the use case. Namely, one can create a Rovo-based agent that external customers can access Confluence knowledge. CSM is the portal (ie replacement).
