Hi all! Atlassian Marketplace is currently running an EAP for asynchronous export of licences and transaction data.
What is Asynchronous export?
The current APIs for exporting licenses or transactions experience timeout errors when handling large datasets, posing challenges for partners who need to access this data. Additionally, these APIs lack architectural robustness, further exacerbating the difficulties faced by partners in retrieving the necessary information.
We are introducing asynchronous export APIs to:
- improve the reliability of large exports by reducing timeouts
- improve export generation time by generating them asynchronously (as well as allow room for other non-export APIs to work without being constrained)
