Atlassian Confluence App Outage - Connect/Connect on Forge

FYI,

We are 3 hours into a multiple app incident on Atlassian Confluence. Both of our Confluence (Connect on Forge) apps are inoperative.

All macros are returning 'Error rendering ‘[macro-name]’
All pages are returning ‘Well, this is awkward. We can’t find that page. It might have been moved, deleted, or the URL has a typo.’

Atlassian Status Page: Confluence Status - Marketplace App Macros Not Rendering in Confluence

Atlassian support response:

We wanted to let you know that there is an ongoing incident that is impacting Confluence Connect Macros.

Our Engineering team has been notified and is actively working on a fix. I am also following up on the status page update. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information or a resolution in place.

Atlassian repaired the problem. Total outage about 6 hours.

RDF conversion APIs were down for something like 12+ hours today. No incident on the Status Page.

When I submitted a P1 they knew about the issue and acknowledged the lack of status page incident. This obviously has a domino effect of wasting developer time trying to debug which side of the fence the problem sits.

Got to wonder what the real uptime is on this platform when this page presents a perfect 100% uptime: https://developer.status.atlassian.com

Edit: and now I’m having to argue with them as they refuse to include it on the Status Page because for some bizarre reason they do not consider an endpoint returning 503 for 12+ hours to constitute “service disruption”. This platform, man.
