As stated in https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/runs-on-atlassian/#introduction-to-runs-on-atlassian, Atlassian-hosted avatars now load by default.
However, there’re still some default team avatars which are stored in “Atlassian People” and still egress.

The App name is Collaboration Champion to show the collaboration points of each Atlassian Teams accumulated through Jira/Confluence activities.

I think there’s a new bug now:
team avatar can’t be shown in dynamic table UI KIT now. Please take a look.

It seems that the avatars customized by customers are overwritten by your latest change.
