is there any way to automate the cards creation in Trello from emails
like taking the subject of the email as the title of the card and the email message as the description with pre selected checklist and guest or team members,…

Trello has a very robust API that could be used to build something to do what you are talking about. You can find documentation on the API here: http://developers.trello.com.

You might also be able to do what you want using a tool like Zapier or IFTT.
