Whenever the releases done in Jira through automation I need to send email to the concerned persons with the prepared Release note from the releases. But from you people said that attaching release note is not possible. But from my firm they need it through jira or add-on. but no paid or free add-on they dont need. They told me to develop by me itself. I dont have a programmic background .

You’ve posted in a forum used by programmers to discuss matters related to developing applications for Atlassian products. If, as you say, you’re not from a programming background, there is very little here that will be of interest to you.
You are better served by advising your company that the task of developing the custom functionality for Jira that you’ve described will require the skills of a programmer / developer.
