Basic question about Jira API Rate limiting

I have question about the description on “Rate limiting”.

In table, in 4th low

Others 1 point Read operations on uncategorized objects Endpoints or fields not listed above (default cost applies)
  1. “Others” in “Object type” includes any customfields?
  2. When user wants to update customfield, consuming only 1 points for “Write / modify / delete” operation as 3 low?

Addition to above,

Note: We plan to expand our catalog in the future to provide more detail on object costs. Most requests are dominated by object costs.
