Blocked: no access to ECOHELP Marketplace review ticket (ECOHELP-147060) for Forge app

Hi Atlassian team,

I’m blocked from completing my Marketplace review because I cannot access the ECOHELP ticket created for my submission.

App details:

  • App: Unblocked: Blocker Resolved Notifications for Jira (Forge)

  • Vendor: Logiclemur Labs

  • Ticket referenced : ECOHELP-147060

  • Email : meghna@logiclemurlabs.com

Problem:

  • I’m not able to view ECOHELP ticket

Request:

  1. Please restore access to ECOHELP-147060

  2. Please confirm the correct way to access ECOHELP tickets (which login URL / project permissions are required).

Apologies for the trouble. The Reporter on the ticket has been updated to meghna@logiclemurlabs.com so you should now have access. Please try opening the Approval ticket again.

If the issue persists, you can create a Support Ticket with the Marketplace Support Team.
