Broken umlauts in Bitbucket 8.0

After migrating to Bitbucket 8.0 on our test instance, we notice broken umlauts everywhere in the UI (using German language).

Is this an already known issue?

Thank you for raising this. This is a known issue and we are currently working on a fix for it.
