I am building a Forge App as an alternative for the JSM Behaviours. I have a structure where I will be using UI Modification kit but not able to get the file & folder structure, right. Tried multiple time. Can someone help me over this?

I have built a Forge app for the JSM Customer Portal & various views using UI Modification Kit.
I am attaching the index.ts file which has the conditions & usecases which I wanted to apply on Customer Portal but its not working. Can you help me over this ?
The common use cases are like setting option visibility of the Custom Fields, Making them read only.
Please help.

I am not @CaterinaCurti
but I would go and complete a Forge JSM tutorial and map your idea to the code-base of the tutorial…I did follow this article Forge JSM Tutorial & have created the Forge App for the one with using UI Modification Kit. I followed this for Code base - atlassian / forge-ui-modifications-example — Bitbucket & Build a Jira UI modifications app & Jira Service Management UI modifications
Please confirm if this is right doc to follow.
Also let me know if I am right track or some other doc to follow.
