We wanted to know if there is any Datacenter Alternative to the JIRA Cloud REST API to Bulk fetch changelogs - The Jira Cloud platform REST API
If not, could you please advise if there is any other way to accomplish this within the Jira Datacenter platform?

You know, you can save yourself a lot of time and effort by just using Google and doing some research first, before you ask the question.
If you had Googled “Jira Data Center REST API bulk get changelogs” you’d have seen how many times that question has been asked before, and the answer is still the same…. there is no equivalent bulk fetch issue changelogs API in the Jira Data Center product.
Or, just read the documentation for the Jira Data Center REST API directly, and see that there are no endpoints for bulk fetching issue changelogs.
