Can not publish public server app in Marketplace

Hello,

We would like to publish our app as public but it seems that it is not possible. We see the following screen

and when we hover on the button, the following message appears:
“Sorry. You can no longer publish public server app on Atlassian Marketplace”
Any ideas what is the issue?

Jira server is wrapping up (https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/knowledge-base/end-of-sale-and-support-for-server-apps/ ). You’re no longer able to publish new Server apps. You can go through the DataCenter verification process and publish a DC app though.

Thank you for your swift response.Does this mean that app will be uploaded as private? Is there any link available for this DC verification process to publish the app?
We are interested only for Datacenter (not server).

Sorry to say that I don’t know what happens when you upload a server app now or if it’s able to be private.
