I can’t figure out how to submit a ticket - my trello page won’t load at all, but the status page says all systems operational…

There are forums for Trello users and a way to contact support for issues like this. Your Trello login is an Atlassian id, so you have access to all of that.
Looks like the cards are sorta loading now, none of the attachments are showing up yet
