Hello!
One of our clients cannot open the plugin when he tries to open it up, he’s getting 302 and the default Jira page is opened.
In the logs he sees java.lang.RuntimeException: Unauthorized access attempt.
He’s using sso via okta.
Any ideas about what needs to be checked?
