Hi Community,
I configured some attributes in the issue screens, I can see all the attributes that I configured when I am viewing the issue, but when I am creating new issue, in the create screen some attributes are not getting displayed, earlier we had only one default screen for all create, view and edit then as some attributes were getting hidden while creating the issue, so we created a separate create screen.
However, some of the fields configured are still hidden even after creating the separate screens for create operation.
we also tried to configure the fields from “show your fields” option while creating the issue but again whenever we create a issue for the next time those fields are hidden.
Is there any other way to configure the create screen so that no fields are hidden?
