I’m using confluence API, and none of me or my colleagues working with it can use it with API keys, and we always have to type in our password. Is there anyway to fix this?

In short, API Tokens are a feature only available in Confluence Cloud (or other Cloud products), not for Confluence Server. However, there are Marketplace apps that extend the auth model of Confluence Server (and Data Center) with API Tokens:
