Can't make manual app update

Hello guys

We noticed today that some our app clients can’t make manual app update. When they click “Update” button near app in “manage apps” section, they will get following message:

The app “addon-key” could not be installed as a local app as it has previously been installed from Atlassian Marketplace

Have you noticed similar issue? We are sure that our clients were able to make manual update yesterday.

I’m now also blocked in updating my app on my staging environment with the same error.
It has been days now, please fix this asap customers are waiting for new features and bugfixes.
