I can’t search Korean in crowd v2.11.2

I request and I found. I miss something when I install/upgrade.

step1) /app/atlassian/crowd/apache-tomcat/bin/setenv.sh → adding -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
ex) JAVA_OPTS="-Xms2048m -Xmx2048m -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 -Dhttp.proxyHost=crowd.onestorecorp.com -Dhttp.proxyPort=80 $JAVA_OPTS

step2) . /app/atlassian/crowd/apache-tomcat/conf/server.xml → adding “URIEncoding="UTF-8”
