We’re seeing widespread problems amongst larger users not knowing that *.cdn.prod.atlassian-dev.net is required to allow forge apps to run. I know IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud apps | Atlassian Support includes it, but users are not aware of it.
It’s causing users significant levels of distruption.

Thanks for sharing - @daviddrawio you’re correct, some users who have applied network-level whitelisting may have applied it before this was required, or have missed this. We have documented it on our IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud apps to raise awareness of this.
Conversely, this isn’t well communicated in our Connect to Forge and Forge documentation - we’ll be exploring how we can better communicate this requirement so partners and developers are aware that this may occur.
