We plan to distribute our Forge app via the developer console until the Marketplace is GA. Can we still claim that our app is certified on our website?

Good news! The Marketplace is in GA. As of May 25th, 2021 Forge apps can be listed on the Marketplace: Forge for Atlassian Cloud - Work Life by Atlassian.
