Cloud Fortified apps program - changes to the iframe latency metric

Hi developer community,

We’d like to inform you that from the 1st of October we’ll introduce a change to the Cloud Fortified Apps requirement iframe latency metric.

Iframe load latency metric will be temporarily removed from the program which means that the requirement of maintaining 3 seconds iframe latency will be on hold. We’ve noticed that the way we currently capture this metric causes us to report the iframe latency to be higher than it actually is, especially during times when an app is used very little. Therefore, we’re working on improving it which would result in providing you with more accurate and precise data.

We will inform you as soon as we have more details on the revamped iframe latency metric.

If you have any feedback or questions regarding this change or other Cloud Fortified metrics, please feel free to leave a comment here on this post.

We’ve been reporting Synthetic tests for over a month now but it is not reflected on the status page. We only get a horizontal line in “Synthetic Check Latency from App Server” and “Oops! No data has been indexed” in “Synthetic Check Success Rate from App Server” and sometime no data for both.

Hi @ashraf.teleb85, please submit support requests such as this via Cloud Fortified apps program Service Desk and include your app key.
