Work has commenced on RFC-122: Cloud Site Migration Mode with an expected delivery no later than June. We’re hoping to bring that date in but we’re not able to share anything more than that right at this moment.

Hi,

The latest update from Atlassian is that work on RFC-122: Cloud Site Migration Mode has already started. According to the Atlassian team, they were targeting delivery no later than June, although they mentioned they were hoping to deliver it sooner and couldn’t share a more specific timeline at that point.

So far, there hasn’t been a newer public announcement or ETA beyond that update. The RFC discussion also indicates that Atlassian has been incorporating community feedback, including expanding migration mode to provide broader access to restricted spaces during migrations where required.

I’d recommend keeping an eye on the original RFC thread, as Atlassian typically posts implementation updates there first.
