Confluence 8.5 release EAP available now

Hi everyone,

A Confluence 8.5 EAP milestone is available now! EAP releases provide a snapshot of our work-in-progress and give you an opportunity to test and fix your apps before the final release.

Confluence 8.5 is a Long Term Support release, so we’re not including any new features or significant changes.

As usual, we’ll be releasing weekly milestones and betas during the development of Confluence 8.5, so head to Preparing for Confluence 8.5 to find out what’s changed.

If you have any problems with an EAP release, please raise an issue to let us know. The earlier we know about problems, the more time we’ll have to fix them before the final release.

Enjoy!

Thanks @Wendy

The 8.5 EAP is not in the eap label on your docker instance. The eap label still has 8.3.0-m37 in it. Can you have someone update the eap label? I think that @NathanMudaliar may have helped adjust the build for the 7.13 EAP to fix this once before.

Maybe there is still some build/release automation that needs to be adjusted?

See my post about this problem for the 7.13 EAP release: Confluence 7.13 Long Term Support release EAP available now - #2 by TureHoefner

Thanks

Indeed, some time ago eap wasn’t added to the tag name. While the pipeline is being fixed, you can get milestone tags though Docker
