I’m trying to try something new for confluence cloud and I would like to use ACE templates for it. But even with the default template I’m seeing this weird loading issue on the page.
Is there any solution for this?

I think the “App is not responding” message occurs when the Atlassian Connect front end code fails to initialise properly which is generally caused by https://connect-cdn.atl-paas.net/all.js not being included in the app iframe. See About the Connect JavaScript API
