Confluence cloud incident post mortem

Will there be a more complete post mortem on Atlassian Developer Status - Various features are not working for some Atlassian Cloud customer ? This caused a critical incident for us internally. “Various features are not working for some Atlassian Cloud customer” just isn’t enough.

If yes, who will be responsible for it and what is the rough timeline?
